Cub Scout Feeds
Hungry Kids
A fifth grade Cub Scout is on a
mission to give hungry kids in
America a special gift. Every
year, Cub and Boy Scouts across
the nation sell containers of pop-
corn for their annual fundraiser.
This year, a boy from Colorado
learned there are thousands of
kids in America that don’t get
enough to eat, and certainly not
fun treats. So rather than selling
popcorn to friends and neighbors
like he has in past years, he has
dedicated himself to finding kids
that are hungry and making them
smile with a fancy tin of popcorn.
A website is built for this purpose:
www.PopcornForKids.org. The
popcorn will be distributed to
hungry kids through a highly re-
spected food bank network, called
“Feeding America.” All the pop-
corn will be given to the kids
throughout the holiday season. To
donate visit their website. The

Buy Scout popcorn for the hungry
Every year, Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts across the nation sell containers of popcorn for their annual fundraiser.
But this year, a boy from Colorado learned there are thousands of kids in America who don’t get enough to eat. So rather than selling popcorn to friends and neighbors, he built a special Web site (www.PopcornForKids.org) where donations will be accepted beginning today and continuing through Oct. 18 to provide popcorn to the hungry.
The popcorn will be distributed to hungry children through a highly respected food bank network, Feeding America. All the popcorn will be given to the children throughout the holiday season.
